Maintenance is a necessary expense when owning a home or rental property and the return on your investment can be significantly impacted without timely, cost-effective repairs and upkeep. When handled by us, you’ll save time and money and ensure repairs are completed in a timely professional manner, by a competent trustworthy maintenance team.
Each and every Unit Owner has an opportunity to utilize our Maintenance Services. Unit Owners who live on the property can have access to our Maintenance Team at a discounted rated by signing our Maintenance Contract. Unit Owners who have tenants are offered the same discounts, with the added convenience of not having to deal with the minor day to day repairs, such as clogs and light replacement, by signing our Maintenance contract. Our Maintenance Department is also available after hours for emergencies.

Our property management office has an extensive network of contractors, vendors and in-house staff to handle property maintenance and repair work. In addition, our exclusive partnerships with national and local vendors provide the professional level of that is expected of us.
Unit Owners are welcome to use contractors and vendors of their choice but MUST provide a Certificate of Insurance to the Natick Green Office.
